What this service delivers
A general chatbot can only guess about your business because it has never seen your documents. We build a retrieval-based assistant on top of the material you supply, such as policies, manuals, help articles or contracts. The content is indexed in a vector database, and retrieval is tuned against a set of questions you approve. Every reply shows the passage it relied on, and when your documents do not cover a question, the assistant says it does not know. Accuracy and refusals are measured with a test set rather than judged by impression.
